Ordering & Requirements
What is the minimum order for Buffet Menus?
Minimum order typically starts from 30 guests.
How far in advance should I place my buffet order?
Orders should be placed at least 3 working days in advance, subject to availability. For urgent orders, please kindly drop us a whatsapp, we will attend to you as soon as possible.
Can I customise the buffet menu?
Minor adjustments may be possible; full customisation is subject to approval by our Sales Team.
Are vegetarian or special dietary options available?
Yes — vegetarian and other dietary accommodations can be arranged upon request.
Setup & Equipment
Does the buffet include full setup?
Yes — tables, food warmers, table linen/skirting, and basic décor are included unless otherwise stated.
How long does the setup take?
Approximately 45–60 minutes before the event start time. Please cater extra time if you venue location is inaccessible by lift or trolley.
How long can the buffet be kept warm?
Warmers maintain food temperature for up to 3 hours.
Service & Logistics
Is manpower included in the buffet package?
Service staff can be arranged at an additional charge.
Do you provide transport and delivery?
Yes — delivery fees apply based on location and accessibility. Please kindly refer to the deck for more information.
My Venue is inaccessible by lift, are there any charges?
If the venue is inaccessible via lift or trolley, there will be additional charges applicable to ensure adequate manpower and arrangements is made. To avoid any disappoint and dispute, please let our sales team know if there is any special arrangements prior to confirmation or event date.
What happens to leftover food?
For food safety, consumption is recommended within 3 hours after setup. All balance food will have to be discarded after 3 hours. We discourage from any takeaways.
General Policies & Certification
Is Jumbo Catering Halal-certified?
Jumbo Catering is not Halal-certified. We can provide a no pork, no lard menu upon request. For Halal-certified menus, we are able to outsource from approved partners when required.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
A quotation will be issued for your review. Confirmation is completed once full payment is made via credit card, PayNow, or bank transfer.
Can I cancel my order?
For cancellations made within 7 working days, the full payment will be forfeited.
Can I postpone my order?
Postponement requests are subject to our sole discretion. Upon approval, a postponement fee of 10% of the total order value must be paid within 3 working days.
